Widzew Łódź is losing another employee as Krzysztof Ufland, the Communication and PR Director, announced that he will end his work at the club at the end of June. Ufland joined Widzew in the summer of 2025 and has passionately fulfilled his role over the past season. In his farewell post on social media, he thanked the fans for their support and emphasized that working at Widzew was a unique experience for him. Ufland highlighted that Widzew is a great club with a rich history and tradition, which made his work even more valuable.

Ufland's departure is not the only change in Widzew's structures in recent weeks. Earlier, the Academy Director Piotr Urban and the Sports Director of the Women's Football Department Patrycja Balcerzak also left the club. These changes indicate a restructuring not only of the first team but also of the club's organization. Widzew Łódź is facing new challenges, and fans are eagerly awaiting information about new individuals who will join the club.

Krzysztof Ufland noted that his decision to leave was motivated by family reasons and the need to return to Szczecin. In the coming days, he will be responsible for handing over duties and closing ongoing projects. Widzew fans will surely miss his presence, and questions about who will take over his responsibilities remain open. Widzew Łódź continues its journey in the Ekstraklasa, and the changes in structures may impact the club's future.
