The club announced that the president's duties will be temporarily taken over by the club's owner, Robert Dobrzycki. - Michał was an important part of Widzew in recent years and played a significant role in the club's development. I thank him for his engagement, work, and responsibility he took on every day - said Dobrzycki. Rydz was associated with Widzew since 2021. Before becoming the club's president, he was the vice-president for sales, marketing, and communication. Dobrzycki will take over as president until a new one is appointed. However, no date was given for when this will happen.
