Piotr Urban, sports director of Widzew Łódź Academy, talks about working in football and his passion for Widzew Łódź. He reveals how hard it is to be a sports director in Widzew Łódź. Urban says that the longer he works in football, the less he enjoys it. He loses the feeling that accompanies a fan. A fan comes to a match, worries about that specific match, wants his team to win and expects satisfaction after the game. When you work in a club, you know how many things happen around it to achieve the final effect that the fan gets. If I have a bad moment, I remind myself that I work in something I love and everyone would like to work in something they enjoy. The thought of leaving football work comes to mind, but when I think about what I would do, I lack ideas. I think I'll stay with it forever.
